Meet Damion Flynn, Realtor by day, technical guru by night. I met Damion through ActiveRain just about a month or so ago when he came into my AR blog and started making some very lucid arguments and suggestions on SEO and web development. He’s not your average Realtor. Mr. Flynn hails from the search engine world where he worked for HotBot a popular search engine that was sold to Lycos in the late nineties.
