WebEx Malfunction: re-do tomorrow at 2PM

Ouch... WebEx went wonky and wouldn't let us in... So, I have rescheduled for tomorrow, same time, 2PM EST.

I will cover social networking and SEO mistakes there.  The SEO mistakes is a can't miss because a number of bloggers were slapped down in Google's last PR update, some were even taken from PR 4s to 0s and completely lost their positions on the engines.  I will cover the reasons why and how to avoid bad SEO advice.

That's great!  I tried to get in today, but got blocked out.  I thought it was my browser, or something.  Thanks for re-scheduling!

Here's a plug to consider a Webex alternative given the issues you are facing with them:  Consider Acrobat Connect Professional from Adobe.  It's flash-based, provides an impactful user experience, and support for rich-media might provide you with some new ways to reach your SEO and social networking seminars.

Thank you so much for the wonderful class today. It was very informative, and I managed to get my links down to under 100. I did it by removing the chicklets, and some unnecessary links in my articles. What finally got me under 100 was that I changed my configuration to display only 7 articles per page, where it was set to 10. Great advice, thank you.

I go to Teresa Boardman's site a lot. I love her writing style and pictures. But I remember seeing lots of links on her page, before I knew about the 120 link rule. I ran her site through the meta-tag analyzer out of curiosity and she came up with 478 links on her home page. She also has a page rank 5. I am wondering if once Google knows and trusts your site, maybe the link count is not as big of an issue, as she is tops on Google for St. Paul Real Estate. Any comments on this? Thanks so much for everything.  Karl
