I have the best of both worlds. Trackbacks are turned on but they are moderated. Most are spam but I approve the ones that are not.

Christina and Erin, the seminars are at 1PM EST.

Theresa, we had moderation turned on as well. I think our agents are just too busy to want to bother with moderating trackbacks and there just isn't a good enough spam filtering system for trackbacks that makes it worth their while. I think they would prefer to deal with their leads rather than their trackbacks. Managing over hundreds of leads a month is work enough.
