Mary:
I have taken a few snippets from you advice over on Active Rain and have found it to be dead-on.

Jim Rome meets Alan Greenspan at my blog with a sprinkle of Tony Robbins. That makes me a smack-talking, brilliant economist who is 12 feet tall

Another nice post Mary. I agree you have to have the confidence to post strongly. If not your quiet voice will simply get drowned out.

Hello,

Today it is getting harder and harder to sell your home for a decent price. The constant struggle of a bubble burst and mls listings make one wonder of the difficulties of posting/listing a property for sale so that everyone can see it. It's not a difficult thing to do, but it can be quite frustrating if the proper tools are not used. The best way to get started selling your property is by posting or advertising your property on-line. There are many ways to do so. Some of them are free. Here's the best web site hands down to get started. It offers your own webpage for business cards as well as the opportunity to list a house, home, condo, townhome, or apartment or even a lot. Great for beginners and the easiest to use.

Restorent,

What, you don't have anything valuable to add to the conversation, so you think spamming a blog with your lame service will generate traction to your site? Hardly. Probably would have helped if you had read this blog and figured out that people who read this are real estate agents that have no need for your service. You only make you and your service look shoddy when you spam blogs with you ads. If you want to place ads on sites, make some money and buy AdWords like the rest of us. Pathetic.

Hello,

Is this not a blog for real estate agents and their challenges and ideas towards blogging. Obviously you haven't visited the blog at http://spammylinkremoved.com/blog.

You haven't subscribed nor attempted to use the service so how can you attack me for attempting to provide a website for agents to use.

Not quite sure why you have lost your patience. One man's trash is another man's treasure.

Restorent,

This is a blog about real estate blogging and driving traffic to real estate sites using blogs. Your links were so absolutely out of context that they are spam. If you cannot see that your links had nothing to do with the purpose of this site then perhaps you should consider no longer posting any comments here at all.

If you look at the definition of spam, you will see that what you put here falls firmly in that category. While other sites may have permitted you to cut and paste the same comment with the same spammy links, we will not. Your sites have been added to our blacklists as an example to you and anyone else to intends leave links to off topic sites and services.
