A special Thank you needs to be given to Greg Swann, Kathleen Collins and Brian Brady for Organizing the Unchained event and really bringin us one hell of a conference. Packed with information that had me (a real estate retard) taking notes, this event is sure to grow and challenge the big boys. The cast of characters included David Gibbons (Zillow), Louis Cammarosano (Homegain), Glenn Kellman (RedFin), Laurie Manny (Long Beach Real Estate Home), Russell Shaw (the Russell Shaw Group), Steve Hundley (1parkplace), Rulia (I mean Rudy) of Trulia, Ron Cates (Constant Contact), Teri Lussier (Bloodhound contributor), Jeff Brown (the Bawld Guy), Sean Purcell and of course, the illustrious Greg Swann and Brian Brady. Things I found most interesting: 1. Holy crap- Twitter has a freakin' purpose! In fact, one Realtor (Kevin Warmath of Alpharetta GA) got a listing appointment less than a day after learning the techniques used int he presentation. 2. Constant Contact - Ron Cates was great at explaining how to use email markeitng effectively. I learned a lot.

Like any other great tool, it`s how you apply it. I can`t wait to start working with the system`s It was a pleasure to meet you Mary.
