Please tell me why your r/e blog is 1/5 the cost of RealEstateTomato? I am very serious. What features and benefits does RE Tomato offer that you don't?

I am in an unusual situation. I am currently a licensed realtor in Minneapolis with Coldwell Banker. My husband recently bought a ranch in Missoula MT. Our home is on the market here. When it sells, I will be moving to MT (good news, bad news). I plan to get licensed in MT and continue selling real estate, just not sure what, how, when, where. It may ranch and land, it may be something different. What I do know is that I have 3 lots to sell @ $1,650,000 each on the Bitterroot River located on a 3000+ acre ranch in the Bitterroot Valley, 15 south of Missoula. You can see this at www.AHomeOnTheRange.com

I need help in transition from here to there. I am struggling with how to do that. I could not use all the functionality of your product until I actually get to MT. However, I could blog about MT in order to sell the lots I must sell asap. What would you suggest and how would that affect product, pricing, training, etc. etc.?

Cynthia,

That might be a question best asked of Jim over at Tomato.  He has a quality product and I believe he offers 12 hours of training on how to blog.

All I can do is tell you about our product:

Our product was developed specifically for the real estate market by well known software developers.

It can auto SEO content to 100% search engine relevancy.

It has the ability to search and display listings that you either enter directly into the system or can be pull from your MLS feed if your MLS company allows.

We offer free blog training to our clients or anyone else that calls.  You call at your convenience and one of our staff can assist you.

I hope that helps,

Mary

Hi,

What does "It can auto SEO content to 100% search engine relevancy." mean?

You never know who will come across what article on the Internet. A buyer for this property could come from any where. Good Luck in your move and future Real Estate career. Will you be staying with the same compan?
