Brian, we  too are confident that Scott is an excellent selection to lead us into the future.  Plus, it allows John, Mike, David and I to focus on what our stregths are while Scott can handle to overall organization.  We are also in negotiations with another well known name from the real estate blogosphere and will be adding someone from the music industry.  We're growing very fast over here to accomodate the glut of work from our reseller network.

Ben, We think so too.  Thanks for the reinforcement.
