Diane Aurit's Lake Norman Real Estate Blog also hit Google's first page.
Heck, for my own site, I rank #4 for the very valuable and short tail term, "real estate leads." Geez, you'd almost think we know what we are doing with SEO and lead generation. Who put the leads in my SEO? is exactly what RSS Pieces is about.

Comment from: Diane Aurit [Visitor] I launched by blog through RSSPieces last May/June and as of today am on Page one for Lake Norman Real Estate and many other local searches as well. I have seen the biggest jump in my rankings...which still fluctuate between page 1 and 3...in the last month as Mary has helped me fine-tune my backlinks, posts etc. I certainly don't have Laurie's lead numbers yet but have some terrific high-end buyers! It takes a LOT of hard work but it is worth it. Comment from: Mary.MCKNIGHT [Member] Diane, Great to hear. It looks like 70% of our clients hit p1 of Google within 6 months. So, I happy to see you join the ranks! Comment from: BawldGuy Talking [Visitor]
I've admired Laurie's successful approach since I first talked with her last year. She generates so many leads. Mary, in your 'stable' do you have an idea of what the batting average is per hundred leads? This is something I've been unable to ascertain. Any light you might shed would be greatly appreciated -- thanks. Comment from: Sam in Austin [Visitor] My site appeared on page 1 two years ago at #8. I am now at #3 in an area (Austin, TX) with a good number of very SEO savve real estate brokers and agents. The difference in the number of leads I am getting is staggering. Even the difference between going from #4 to #3 is significant. The difference between 8 and 4 was around 10/day. Going from 4 to 3 added around 5/day. Comment from: Ruth Ann Macklin [Visitor] I am a real estate virtual assistant (www.myREassistant.com) who works on blogs for a number of clients. My husband's blog, www.allvirginiabeachrealestate,com, is about a month old with RSSrsspieces. the blog isn't old enough to be ranked yet, but after 30-40 days, we are seeing 275+ pages views a day. The old blog with another vendor for 1.5 years, never had more than 84 page views. Mary you are the BEST!!! Comment from: Joseph Bridges [Visitor] It definitely is about consistency and Laurie Manny(and your clients who succeed) are very consistent. With all do respect though 30 leads a day would put Laurie on pace for 900 leads a month. Teams that generate 900 leads a month close approximately 100 million in real estate from the panels that my brother and I have spoken on. Are we just talking about one day? In your screen shot on Google my brother, James, and I are spot number 5 for the term Long Beach Real Estate. Comment from: Ryan Hukill [Visitor] Mary's blog is, by far, the most useful I've found on the topic of real estate SEO. I'm nowhere near the rankings I'd like to have yet, but using the bits & pieces I've picked up here has helped me get my newest blog ranked quickly, and it's already being found my local and national buyers & sellers. Keep it coming! Comment on this article This post has no feedback awaiting moderation... |
